Privacy Policy

• the email on your account, and a sign-in identifier if you use Google;
• invite and referral relationships tied to that account;
• the terms version you accepted, the time of that acceptance, and a hash of the IP address used then — not the raw IP address;
• paper-trading records, strategy choices, and other risk settings you save;
• public wallet addresses you connect;
• for a withdrawal request, the destination, the amount, a hash of the one-time approval token, and the IP address and user agent of the request and of the confirm click.

We do not ask for your seed phrase or your private keys. The intended wallet flow does not give them to us, and we cannot reconstruct a lost key from what we store.

We use this information to run the account, keep the current terms version enforced, charge the trading fee, calculate a referral share of fees, operate the paper desk and any bot you turn on, and protect the service against abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Supabase stores account records. Vercel hosts the site. SendGrid sends a withdrawal approval email and, for that message only, receives the account email, the amount, and the destination address. Privy handles wallet connection when that feature is on. Google receives the sign-in request if you choose Google. Solana, Jupiter, perpetual venues, and other public networks see transactions you broadcast. Those transactions are public by the nature of the chain. Each of those parties operates under its own terms.

We keep account records while the account is open and for a period afterward, where we need them for disputes, security, fees, or tax. Placeholder for counsel: the retention period, and the process for an access or deletion request. Some records, including an acceptance of the terms and a completed fee, may be kept even if you ask us to delete the account.

TradeAFK is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly store an account for a child.
